Training for the Liverpool Half Marathon in March - had my second practice attempt at the full distance.

To put the article into context: 2024 ONS data shows unemployment rates by highest qualification: Graduates: ≈ 3.1 % Non-graduates: ≈ 5.6 % Therefore you are nearly twice as unlikely to be unemployed if you graduate from uni. Obviously there may also be a disconnect between the type of job...

I'd see folks online fitting rubber seals afterwards, but thankfully with these doors I got they rubber was already in the beading, so was one less thing to do.

Awww Awwww thanks very much for the kind words! :) Been a long-term effort getting this house sorted…but now I’ve seen another project house that I really like the look of. Probably won’t come to anything as this house isn’t finished enough to sell!

Hi all, Back with another quick update as made some good progress over the festive period towards getting the garage secure and water-tight. Firstly I got the side window and door fitted. I ordered a new window as I decided to go off-piste with the plans and wished to have a larger wall space...

Your oven is the same as mine...the self cleaning/pyro setting is amazing, albeit a bit smelly.
