@CBW the bit ringed in red is the bit that was leaking. But this type of u bend section in what should be a P trap below the out flow section looks wrong. It’s also compression on a straight section which I think is wrong as when it backs up it’s always going to leak isn’t it?

I have checked the gaskets and seals, they were grubby but seemed ok. Applied some sealant stuff and tightened everything back up. But, I don’t think the P trap looks right in general and maybe I should consider replacing/rerouting the trap - thoughts?

I’m having a bit or a nightmare balancing my radiators as I can’t seem to identify the right order… pretty much on my own with 10 radiators and they all seem to heat up at the same time… Anyone offer any tips/tricks I’m definitely getting it wrong because one of the rads is 10degrees colder...

Can I retro install trickle vents in any windows? Is it as simple as removing the window from the casement drilling some holes and screwing in the vent? My only concern is if there are some must avoid windows so I don’t accidentally shatter an insert or anything like that
