I only do domestic and find the old casings on most occasions have different hinge sizes/ spaces already cut into them ,so I've bought the jig but from what I see il av to set it up different for each door ..think il have a go ar free hand

What size bit would you use

Do you free hand for hinges or always use the jig

Just bought the 18v makita trimmer/router, normally use chisels but decided to go the trend jig and router route .. Which router bit works best for hinges and for mortices size wise etc ..cheers

Hi does anyone know if this is fixable .it controls the patio door shoot bolts top and bottom .the locking mechanism still works but what operates it is missing .must have broken off before I moved in ..cheers

Hi noticed last year a bit of surface rust showing under the caravan on the floor supports ,what's best way to treat it ,its a static at the coast ,thought about wax oil but not sure .any other ideas .cheers

Quick update ,turned out to be side door contact that had a loose connection ,sometimes when slammed it worked new part fitted now works fine

No new bulbs fitted will check them n see .cheers

Hi yes it has side door .all doors open and close and lock fine, .just the lights don't go off ,they are in the correct switch position too to knock off . Also when locked with remote the indicators don't flash anymore but they do when unlocking

Hi I've got a Renault traffic sport 2013 ,few weeks back i noticed tbe interior lights don't turn off .also when locked they stay on so I have to keep all 3 interior lights off ,I've changed the rear door sensor but still the same ..any ideas of what it could be?? ..Cheers

Ok il get another photo of bricks ..didn't know about frog or perv ..they have 3 holes in bottom on both if that helps
