Thanks I’ll try and mix the stones into the type 1. Part of the area is covered in grass so once I’ve dug that out I’ll need some type 1 to build it back up so can’t really just use sharp sand as would be too thick a layer I think

Hi I am clearing an area prior to laying artificial grass. Much of the area is covered in gravel/chips. Can I lay the mot type on on top of a thin layer of this before I compact it down? I’ve ran out of space in my skip for the rest of the chips so thought this would save me hiring another one...

Thanks that would be my preferred method as don’t really want lots of holes in the floor, but just paranoid about pipes & wires. Hopefully once I lift the carpet, where the pipes are will be marked like on that picture from inside the cupboard

I need to fit a new mirrored cabinet to bathroom wall. Walls are plasterboard, cabinet weighs about 13kg. Has 4 fitting points, one in each corner. What plugs/fixings would you recommend? The reviews of all seem mixed so would be good to know what people have successfully used! Thanks
