Thanks for all of the advice. I managed to pop the tag out. Luckily there was a make and model number (BG 908) so I've ordered another one and hopefully I'll be able to easily pop the new tag in. If not I'll try the long wood screw technique.

I had a new pvc ceiling put in my bathroom to replace the wooden one in July. The halogen lights that are in there are 50w and it has actually started to warp and crack the ceiling around the area of the lights, there is also a black ring around them. Is it just that the wattage is too much...

I am going to paint the new plaster (4-5 days old) with a mist coat of Dulux Supermatt 25% water 75% paint. Does anyone know how long I need to wait before painting the next coat? Does it have to be fully dry before doing the 2nd coat? Thanks
