Which hive rad adapter do I need for these valves?

Thanks for both your replies. @CBW - I've checked all the adapters and they're all like this so confident they're not damaged. @Madrab so the m30 thread is too large and subsequently the adapter won't screw on. The M28 adapter is the correct thread size but the white 'pin' sits far too high...

Which hive rad adapter do I need for these valves?

Anyone any idea?! Will send a £20 amazon voucher to anyone who can share a link/name of the correct adapter that will allow me to fit the hive thermostats I bought!

Which hive rad adapter do I need for these valves?

Hi, I’m struggling to find which adapter I need for my hive smart valves. Any ideas? The photo with adapter is the M28 which hive subsequently provided when I discovered the standard adapters also didn’t fit. For context, it’s an old house. We’re also on oil just in case that might help to...

Bathroom tap not working/Shower pump issue.

@just pumps Isolation valve is open. @Alec_t yer It could be the case but would have to be in the actual tap as it's a mixer. Noticed that when I turn the shower or bath tap on then turn the sink tap on the pressure does increase significantly. still not to what it should be but certainly an...

Bathroom tap not working/Shower pump issue.

So yer deffo runs off the pump and it was a like for like swap. If the shower or bath taps didn't work I'd also think air. The sink taps are the first plumbed in tap from the pump and are about a foot so higher so nothing out of the normal/what you'd expect. Confused! Guess I'll have to...

Bathroom tap not working/Shower pump issue.

We have low pressure so installed a shower pump for the our bathroom. The sink and bath taps and the shower run off the pump. Everything worked fine for nearly five years until the other night! My partner was in the shower and the pump stopped working. We bought a refurbed unit so thought fair...

My loft conversion dormer and my neighbours bathroom velux window..

Hi all, I've recently completed my basement conversion so I'm looking at the next job. Our loft is prime space for conversion, however, with a dormer window, that would give sight into the neighbours bathroom (via their velux) where they shower. I can't find any planning reasons which prevent...

Making floor for basement conversion (ed.)

I never got round to sharing the final images.. Really happy with the end result. About 9 months start to finish which is obviously a lot longer than if I paid someone to do it but I have saved £££'s! For the flooring, we went with regular carpet fit, gripper and no adhesive but just said the to...

Making floor for basement conversion (ed.)

well, the basement was delayed for a little while following an unfortunate family event. I didn't even go in the basement for a week and unfortunately the plaster hadn’t dried out and I’d left the window closed. The fan also hadn’t been wired in at this point so the result was mould! A fair...

Making floor for basement conversion (ed.)

The plasterer has been and gone and am now waiting for the plaster to dry out. The end is certainly in sight, which is actually a bit sad as I have no projects left!
