Hi, I powered down, removed battery and added a second keypad, made sure the switch in the back was in up position for 2. Powered up, went to original keypad and broadcast text under programmes. My issue is that none of the user PIN numbers are working on the new panel . Their names are there...

Hi, thanks for reply. I’ve now taken pir off, swapped wired to b. When you say slider to zero, do you mean this one ? I have slid it to the top setting looks like 0/C? Is that the one?
