Hard to explain, but here is a video to show the problem:

The dor does shut but you have to pull quite hard, until you hear the click of the latch. Sometimes I have airbnb guests staying and I've to an open door. Even when the door is properly closed you can push it further into the frame. Could this be just down to how the frame was orginally...

My front door will not fit flush to the frame, it's been like this a long time. There are three hinges and I can see they can be ajusted (see photos). By ajusting these will it move the door closer into the frame?

To be honest I've decided to leave it for now. The toilet seat is a little lose but it's not the end of the world. Seems like a pretty bad design for what was quite an expensive toilet. Next time I'll stick with B&Q loos!
