UPVC Front door will not shut all the way (which bolt do I adjust?)

My front door will not fit flush to the frame, it's been like this a long time.

There are three hinges and I can see they can be ajusted (see photos). By ajusting these will it move the door closer into the frame?

The dor does shut but you have to pull quite hard, until you hear the click of the latch. Sometimes I have airbnb guests staying and I've to an open door. Even when the door is properly closed you can push it further into the frame.

Could this be just down to how the frame was orginally fitted ?

Well that suggests the adjustable latch is set too far in meaning you have to slam the door for it to latch

The way you describe it I dont see how you can have it both ways it's one or the other, the door is either hard to latch or it rattles on the latch?

Looks perfectly normal to me although loosening the latch will help it click shut a bit easier but then it will rattle, you pushing on the door is just compressing the gaskets further then the naturally want to go, if they were stiffer less compliant then they wouldn't seal, other than loosening the latch there's nothing wrong with the door

Will the handle lift up to close the door firmly?

Yes lifting the door handle will close the door firmly. However I don't always lock it with the multi-point locks, I just want it to close on the latch properly.

The back door works as expected. I'm not sure what 'loosening the latch' actually means. The strike plate on the inside has already been ajusted as much as I can.

This is the backdoor, it closes perfectly, not sticky like the front.

If the strike plate has been adjusted as much as it can then there's not much more you can do
