Thanks for replying:-) Too heavy handed? I don't know? I bought the paint from Homebase, 8th September 2019. The base (EXTRA DEEP) had solidified around the lid when the assistant first opened it to mix the colour. As a result, I had to pick off quite a lot of tiny white solidified bits...

I have used two coats of Dulux Soft Sheen emulsion on a wall, and the (dark) colour is very solid, However, when the sheen is visible (at the right angle) the effect is vaguely stripy. Is there a reason why this has happened, and is there a simple remedy?

Sorry about the clungey reply, above. I cannot get HTML switched ON with this system, and none of the bold, italics, font colour tags seem to work for me.
