Oh I see, it's 10c, i.e basically don't activate unless I have it set at 20c at the stated times. It will never get lower than 17/18, after I run the previously mentioned schedule.

I did do that about 9 months or so ago and worked to balance out the rads as suggested above, it seemed to be better in October but haven't had guests stay overnight in December. Been more distracted by the noise of the boiler which is somewhat noisy !

I did and it didn't recognise it i.e 0 signal, seems like it's lost its registration to the panel or is just simply faulty. Thanks for the tip on how to install
