Hi All,
I’ve recently moved into a house with an existing Pyronix Enforcer system.
The previous service invoice mentioned that both the bell box and the control panel were due for replacement batteries in 2025. Since it’s a modern system (installed June 22), but with a level 2 internal upgrade, I assumed this meant the square orange batteries would be needed.
When I went to replace the battery over the weekend, I found what’s shown in the attached photo.
It appears to be hard‑wired, but it’s using the cylindrical-style battery instead - BATT-CR34615D . Given that it’s also hard‑wired, what’s the typical replacement interval for this type of battery?
As I didn’t have the correct battery with me, I didn’t take it apart any further. What’s the correct way to access and replace that battery?
Regards
Matt
