Hi Dave Thanks for your reply. We have tried turning the thermostat up on the tank but doesnt seem to have an effect. Just so I am clear - if the thermostat is set at 60c, does that mean that the boiler must heat the wather in the tank until it reaches 60c and then will switch off...
