Pay a gas safe reg engineer to come out and fix it .

Just place insulation around it mine was screwed to timber accross trusses so air will circulate underneath .........I woukdnt get too excited about the venterlation .

I was at one today took a stat with me and potentiometer expecting to swap them . When I dropped the panel down the stat wasn't even plugged into the pcb . The fan was replaced recently it looks like the basically hadn't plugged it back in when working on it . £36 for that stat if replaced

Sounds like boiler thermostat ..........I woukdnt be doing diy with x800 or youl be replacing rads in 3 months as well

:D Is this a wind up ? Theyve won 3 games by 1 goal margin . You will only know at the end of the season how god they are . They were miles behind last season. I wouldnt mind them doing well as there a true football club where Manu are a 'football business' but they have a lot to prove.
