Should the roof felt left exposed on the roof? please see picture, underneath there is lead flushing, the builders told me that does not matter, but will it rot?

Hi it is not a diy project, but I need your comment on this. The plywood on the cheeks of the dormer has been cut too irregularly and then patched up from the inside. I understand that there is no space from the outside to work but should it look like this?

In december we had a leak in our central heating as one of the copper pipes deteriorate and it needed to be replaced. We called a plumber who suggested to replace a section of the copper pipe with a pvc pipe. Basically after one month we started to lose pressure from the boiler again...

what is auto air vent? when i turn on and off it makes a lot bubbly noises

Valliant old combi bolier, we had just a leak repaired and the system was drained down. now the hot water fluctuate from hot to cold and there is no central heating. Bolier makes strange noise (pump?) that did not do before. any idea?

i noticed that the higher the temperature you run the more it loses pressure, any other suggestions?

we using british gas engineers, we have homecare plan. But they don't seem to bother about finding out what it is, just carry out small repairs

I have bought the above cooker and I am wondering how to connect it. I understand that 2.3 kw is low wattage and it could be connected to an existing plug, is this correct? or does it need it own wiring from the consumer unit? The kitchen previuosly had only a gas range/cooker therefore...
