I tried this but can’t tell any difference. Most of the tiles on one wall sound a bit hollow. Then on another wall, there isn’t any resonance.

Hi Ken, yes it is slightly raised. I purchased it and unfortunately didn’t notice this issue at the time it arrived and it’s now fitted, so not sure how practical it will be to replace it vs. repair?
