Thank you Mack. I actually came across F21, and called F. Ball's to ask if it needed special board. The tech. gentleman suggested B91 because it is comb laid and easier to use - but I did not mention the existence of tar chemicals which would probably have changed his mind since B91 is solvent...

I have been quoted such a large sum by the power company to move the meter by bringing a new cable in 10 meters down the street (3k+) that I have decided to try another route. Before wasting any more of their or my time, I would be grateful for some advice. I will use their services as required...
