What sort of damp is this?

Blackspot mould needs water lying on the surface (wet surface) to feed. Damp walls alone isn't enough. The two types of damp and how they manifest, are quite distinct and so is the diagnosis and remedy. Granted, there could also be rising or penetrative damp (disguised by other forms of damp)...

    What's the monarchy for?

Not interested. Give an example of tangible harm to democracy. No idea what you are on about.

    What's the monarchy for?

Nonsense. Their presence is largely ceremonial. Give an example of tangible example harm?

    What's the monarchy for?

Princess Anne is one of the hardest working Royals around. She's pretty no-nonsense too. Does not suffer fools or kidnappers gladly.

Ventilate cold roof on bay projection or not?

It's a poorly built structure, looing at it from outside. Who in their right mind builds a roof smaller than the building its covering below? The render looks like it breaches the DPC too. It makes you wonder about the lintel spanning (internally) and how that has been dealt with regards cavity...

What sort of damp is this?

Black spot mould is exclusively a condensation issue. First and foremost your walls need insulating. As said, diligent and optimal venting will help.

Remove corner , support needed ?

There will be some loading that low down, although increasing in risk as you remove more masonry and the more you climb above floor level. As a precaution, we would prop the beams and maybe include strongy prop just to prevent localised dropping. Don't forget to include DPC in your repairs if...

building/ upgrade a small road track

You want to build a road for a 44 tonne vehicle to pass along in the winter? Any fertile material will need removing first as all the hard core and all the will in the world, wont stop a 44 tonner from sinking. You will then need a bed layer of large gear, i.e. brick sized or larger grade...

    ballast to concrete ratio please?

One cube of conc' takes about 2.2 tonnes of material. A lot of people make the mistake thinking a tonne bag will do a cube. Not even close or half way.

    Panorama - damp/mould

The consequence of spray foam and any subsequent condensation can only be attributed to the stifling of air flow as the foam itself is insulative. How the foam 'caused' it in your instance is a bit baffling....? The main issues are the fact that it is sprayed directly onto non-membrane roof...

This Will Not Work For The Patient

Lol, unlikely. Labour voters or those swing voters that are undecided or those that want to protest will swing maybe form Labour to Greens or Conservative at a push. Reform-ists are made up of foreigner haters and Tory throwbacks and are unique in that sense. Reform have little else to offer...
