I'm looking to buy a house that has CH with a fire back boiler (solid fuel). There is no sensible place to put a boiler in the house (tiny) so i want to have one installed in an outbuilding. Is this feasable? How do you get the hotwater back to the house (the outbuilding is 3 feet...
My neighboor has just had his boiler replaced with a condensing one. It is situated in the sameplace as the original boiler. The flue discharges directly against the side of my extension and there is now running down the wall. Is this a problem that should be dealt with.
