hi, well fitted the diverter valve i bought for £40,exactly the same as the one i took off,all a bit fiddly but not as bad as i expected. H.R.H.the corgi fitter wanted £80 +vat +any bits he needed.and that was to fit part i had. every thing working o_k wife happy (for a while)...

hi chris r, i thought it might be the diverter valve,but no idea about the other problem,D/Vs are about £45,but you can buy just the membrane. i suppose its up to the engineer,what he wants to do,dont know prices of c/bs.found this make o-k we have had it 7 years and only had one other fault...

hi,i have a RAVENHEAT fanned combi rsf 25/20E. having a problem,with c/h off and running h/w the radiators get hot. also c/h switches itself on even with timer reset to zero. has any kind person got any ideas what it might be before i send for a engineer(and take out a bank loan)lol...

hi, i want to board my loft floor,the joist's are 3"x2" in good condition do i need to strenghen them in case i later decide to convert? if so what size timber,and will it be o-k to lay them alongside the others and screw them together?any advice welcome...

hi, 1 wire fromsuppliers box before meter 1 wire from cu going to earth block then 2 wire going under floor and stuck in ground.i think they might have been connected to the gas and water pipes but when i put polypipe in i got a plumber to connect to stop valve and check the water...
