So i will be using the dual zone + single zone rather than TRV’s for a couple of reasons.
Ok, so i guess my remaining things are;
1. Replace the programmer with the Dual Channel Hive Receiver - connections as per above (straight forward).
2. CH1 thermostat (to be removed) has cabling that...
Apologies, this is the bit I'm not 100% on.
The cable on 6 (at the programmer) needs to go to port 3 at the receiver for CH2 (the single channel receiver).
Do i simply terminate the cable currently going to 6 with a choc block in at the dual channel side with the single channel side...
Ah, so there maybe a couple of things here.
One - the hive mini is a thermostat approach, so I am replacing my existing ESI thermostats but i am not installing TRV’s currently, so i am straight swapping the ESI therms for Hive therms.
Two, the cable issue is interesting, I have just looked at...
I have recently obtained the new Hive Mini system to replace my current ESI based three Zone (Ch1, CH2, HW) system.
I am looking for a little help on the electrical side which i think i have almost got, but there are a couple of wires I’m unsure on (everything seems to head to the main 3-zone...

Apologies.
I am using the wireless keypad - this is connected fine and seems to work ok with no faults.
I do have the cable that i can use to connect this to the board though, so i can connect the keypad to the wireless engineer socket on the right of the control panel to check things out.
Ah apologies.
It looks like there is a eng keypad connector in the right yep. So there are two on the board. One wireless one (right) engineer one (left).
Thank you
So i have been through every one of the zones 9-40, double pressed reset on all. It beeped a lot. including when moving between zones.
I also went onto Learn Ricochet and reset on zone 9 again. Would eventually say about all zones deleted.
in Learn Ricochet when selecting Zone 9...
Apologies I'm not 100% sure what you mean?
I have been into the Zone configuration and done a double "reset reset" push on each zone but it doesn't seem to do much (I have done this a few times)
No luck on getting it to learn any in Ricochet/Zone config though :-(
Within Wintex, all shows as...
I have a Premier Elite 64 on 5.06.00 with a Smartcom running v03.03.00.
The system was working and about two years ago it was upgraded and died. Since then, we have been in the property and "life" took over, so it hasn't been a huge issue or dealt with.
However, i have now managed to finally...
