Thanks for your reply, yeah I've send Mike an email, he did suggest trying to contact someone more local because of travel costs and time etc. I just assumed after 5 years it could do with a descale of the heat exchanger and gasket change, what's your thoughts? Cheers

Guys, thanks all, that saved me some money, the cold strainer was blocked. Cleared out put back together all now working well. :D :D

Just thinking the inline filters maybe blocked, are they easy to take off and clean without a flood?
