I have been thinking about having a loft conversion done to my 3 bed semi- now I am having to think about the bathroom and in particualar the shower. I have on the 1st floor a Monsoon 3bar twin pump, which gives me a great shower ( Very happy with this) Now I want something similar for the loft...

does anyone have any guidelines regading costs if your having a loft conversion done.?? I live in an average size semi, and was wondering how much I should budget..? is it the same as a extension on the ground floor? comments apprieciated

Thanks for the reply... I have a drain cock on the exterior of the house actually just behind the boiler itself, i think this is where you can drain the system- so im looking for something brown or black..and sludgey? How do I get rid of it? The house had a new water cylinder put in about 5...

I was wondering if any of you had any preference on which brand of radiator you choose when replacing a radiator- there seems to be lots out there- I just want to choose on which is resonable quality and good value- and preferably want to buy it online. I am about to change a rad in the box...

is there an effect or pattern on the surface or is it a solid colour? if its solid then use a product called Bar's Freind. it like a cutting powder very mild, will get shot of most stains ans scorches- testa small area first.

Hello experts I want to know how difficult it would be to replace a single radiator to a double radiator- is it simply unbolt and unhook or something more involved... I need to know what the procedure is as I haven't done this before. Oh and is www.screwfix.com a good place to buy rads...

A O K...all working fine...althought it was wired so red and black from two seperate wires were used..anyway it all works ok. Thanks for you help. And i can use a spare button on the TV remote to control dimmer too!

OK, this time I had a look with a torch.. here goes.. Top row- A(COM)-Wire 1 Black. B (1Way) Wire 2 Red. B(2Way) No Wire Bottom row- A (1Way)Red(Separate wire). A (2Way) Wire 1 Red. B (Com) Wire 2 Black The A&B and 1way, 2way and com -are the markings on the switch all reading...
