Im doing the pipework on a central heating system what i want to know is can i run the upstairs in 15mm and the downstairs in 10mm ? will there be any flow problems with the flo ? downstairs were it reduces ?

calling agile and the crew the boiler keeps on lighting and reseting constantly in aproxamtly 20 second bursts, it dos this constantantly until the water is almost boiling it is a y plan system the moterised valve had resitence the first time i pushed it across, now seems to have none...
