Im doing the pipework on a central heating system

what i want to know is can i run the upstairs in 15mm and the downstairs in 10mm ?

will there be any flow problems with the flo ? downstairs were it reduces ?

go for main run 22mm and tee of to the rads in 15mm trust me it`s better
and you will have less problems long term
