The boards have been screwed back down, an electrician been round to look at wiring the boiler in and said he will come back later and try and find the fault.

Thanks for the replys, the plate hasnt been screwed back in since since plastering, was waiting for plaster to dry. Also no wires were removed, switch was just left dangling.

Thanks for the reply, but how would that explain the bedroom heater that was working on off peak supply before the new heaters added. From my understanding it should be on its own circuit. have 2 fuse boxes, i assume one controls the off peak supply
