Looks like the LAE 153s were fitted with an NTC 10K resistance probe, you could confirm this by using the table for this resistor/temperature probe as below:

How are you cameras powered?
By the looks of the info supplied by Reolink, it appears that they're assuming the cameras are powered by the NVR via the Ethernet connection.
If that's the case then you will need an un-managed POE Ethernet Switch.

We're generally on 230v here in the UK for domestic applications but I doubt that answers your question (Stepped down over the years on most substations from 240v).
