    I am laying floor tiles with under floor heating in my bathroom which has floorboards, I was thinking of laying onto a waterproof plywood sheet but do I need to include some king of insulation so that the tiles warm up quickly?

    We have been back and they tested for damp and have said that they can put a sealant down on the concrete but we will have to pay for part of the work to relay the cardean. Should they have done this in the first place?
