Thanks for your input. It is not that easy as it is an enclosed cistern. But you put me on the right track, at the back of the chrome covers is a hidden allen key hole which merely needed tightening.

I am trying to identify my kitchen furniture as the laminate on a drawer front is damaged. Either replace or repair. Does anyone recognise the brand?
