The drawer box looks like a generic copy of the Blum Tandembox and is sold by a lot of people. Most of the copies seem to come from China or Indonesia. Unless you can contact the original supplier I'd suggest jiust getting a complete drawer box. They aren't all that expensive. The drawer front I'm afraid I cannot help you with.
If it is an old one, the chances of finding a match are negligible. You could probably get a plain white, bevelled-edge one that will be somewhere near acceptable.
Search fleabay for "white bevelled" in the kitchen units category.
if it's the crack you're worried about then possibly car paintwork techniques might be the answer/ filler and a respray to match an existing (faded?) original?
