Toilet Seat?

Can anyone help me identify this seat ? It is loose and I cannot work out how to get to the fixings to tighten it.

I would hazzard a guess that those chrome covers pop off and the hinge is under there.

Under the back of the pan you'll probably find 2 nuts that hold the hinges to the toiled, put lid down ad get your hand round the back!

Thanks for your input. It is not that easy as it is an enclosed cistern. But you put me on the right track, at the back of the chrome covers is a hidden allen key hole which merely needed tightening.
