Loose Duravit Toilet Seat

Hi All

We have a Wall Hung Duravit Toilet.

The seat has become extremely loose and cannot se a way to remove it. Gather the seat is attached to 2 Pins BUT it appears the Push Buttons needed to be pressed to remove the seat are extremely corroded.
Also there does not appear to be any way the Pins can be tightened? Photos attached for reference.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
