Picasso,
I think you've just solved it...I stupidly didn't realise how much check valves would affect whole system..the other shower (old one) was knackered so I drilled out the check valves..good flow but maybe I'm the cause?
I turned the mains off, opened the kitchen tap, put a new shower valve on. Put mains back on all seemed fine now today there is no hot water on the taps, only lukewarm but the bath HW is hot! Any suggestions welcomed.
New development: there is a bit of HW when taps are first opened then it's...
When they are nearing their fill this noise occurs..it is a conventional system so not amazing pressure and has only been like this since December. I changed the torbeck float valves for fluidmaster ones but problem still there..its not all the time but most of the time....any clues???
Hi,
I have hardly any flow on the hot water side, the hot water is still coming out but you have to turn it right up. Do these showers have a filter that could be blocked maybe?
I need to replace a plastic bath panel with an adjustable one as I'm going to tile the floor.
Is the 'two piece' bath panel the best panel to use for this?
And what is the best and easiest way to fix it it place? Preferably without building a whole frame?
Thank-you.
