Hi,

I have hardly any flow on the hot water side, the hot water is still coming out but you have to turn it right up. Do these showers have a filter that could be blocked maybe?

Does the water come out at the right temperature? Water going in is icy cold a the moment - so you won't get a lot of flow.

You have to turn it up really high to get it hot but it is hot yes.

Sounds like the shower just can't handle the flow of ice cold water and get it hot. It's not a very powerful shower. You'll have to wait until spring I reckon.

You need to check the heating elements for resistance with a multi meter
1 has more likely failed.
