I have the same issue diverter valve breaks every 12 months. They originally designed the diverter with no filter, then they added a mesh filter to the new ones but it still breaks, obviously they have a serious problem with the quality.

For permeable driveways you need to use the correct subbase, which is what I was after. You can only have 5m squared of no permeable driveway without a soakaway. A soakaway needs to be 5m from the foundations, my driveway was 5m so that was not possible. It's all in the suds regulations...

Morning, this is fixed now it needed a new diverter I think. Was a 10 min job under warranty. The part has a small plastic actuator that goes up and down. It looks like that was misbehaving when firing up. That's 2 parts in 2 years it's not boding well for the viessman 2021 30kw.

Luckily I had it installed with heatable so an engineer is comming to check it out. It's just been so loud recently just terrifying lol
