i have run out of oil for my boiler delivery not coming till monday what other fuel can i use that will not harm the boiler as it is verry cold

hello have problem with emersion heater turn temp up but still not very hot water ,could it be heater element

boiler works fine until the hot water comes on then the boiler shuts off been working fine uptill two weeks ago any ideas

can anyone help me i am trying to understand my central heating the flow and return for the rads are on pump side of my boiler the hot water is on the right side with no obvious link to pump and their is no two or three way valve or tank stat but on my control i can only turn water and heating...

i read the other day about control unit for heating and water my unit is randall 30/60. can anyone tell me if this is right no 1 N, 3 L,8 E to the pump /1 N,4 L,8 E, to boiler,6 L, 7 N, 8 E,MAINS 2 L, 3 N,8 E to room stat . looks different to picture i saw on here THANKS
