Bosch Vario Perfect washing machine fault.

Its a weird one, I am sure you will be close on the answer with the drum rocking. We will persevere with the type of loads. Even checked that It is sitting complety level. Dont know if there is anything that would be worn/replaceable or adjustable as it does it far too easily.

Bosch Vario Perfect washing machine fault.

When you select spin only it works fine. Have noticed with very light loads it completes a wash ok. Don't know if there is a weight sensor to extend time for extra rinse that could be faulty which would answer sometimes not spinning during the cycle?

Bosch Vario Perfect washing machine fault.

Hi. Has anyone had problems with their Bosch washing machine continually being slower through the programmes.? We have double checked the water supply and the machine fills ok, and no kinks in any hoses. Have checked the outlet and it drains ok when it gets there. Also checked and cleaned the...

Pyronix Enforcer GSM wireless/ Earth and diodes

Thanks musszzy. Will be keeping the system totally wireless. Was originally going to use a hard wired illuminated bell, but wireless saves one heck of a grief on this install. It will text the user when batteries are getting low anyway. Cheers again

Pyronix Enforcer GSM wireless/ Earth and diodes

Thanks for the replies. The manual states an earth connection to be required, but as you agree this is not the case with a completely wireless system. Also when we mention " on board zones" the resistors ( thanks for correcting ) would only be required for hard wired applications? . I am going...

Pyronix Enforcer GSM wireless/ Earth and diodes

Hi all, We have a Pyronix Enforcer GSM completely wireless and have noticed that there is no earth wiring from the transformer. I presume the earth is only required if you have any hard wired devices connected to the main control unit. And also the diodes that are supplied I presume are for...

Combi boiler needs gas supply pipe to be larger?

I will have a good look the intergas models esp the Eco RF and possibly go down the power shower route for the main bathroom, especially when it will be the furthest room from the boiler. Many thanks all.

    Pyronix enforcer GSM bellbox

Thanks for that, will be much easier going wireless as I thought. You only miss out on the illuminated bell and you have to replace a battery now and then. Would you know if the wireless bell is supplied set as tamper proof or not?

Combi boiler needs gas supply pipe to be larger?

Thanks for all the replies, I take it Worcester Bosch are not recommended by most . What seems to be the better brand to go for?, and the gas supply to the house comes in via the garage so that is an added bonus. The house currently has 1 bathroom and one en suite shower, would that make a lot...

Combi boiler needs gas supply pipe to be larger?

Hi all, I have recently been looking to Renew my boiler. I have a Potterton Suprima 40 getting on in years and fancy having a little more space in our wee house, so have decided to have a combi boiler installed in the garage, and have the hot water tank removed from the airing cupboard along...

    Pyronix enforcer GSM bellbox

Can anyone advise on installing a pyronix hard wired illuminated bell box to replace the wireless one as supplied. Not purchased one yet, but the system I have is a pyronix enforcer GSM with a wireless bell box. Can the hard wired one be mains fed only, or does it have to be wired to the control...

    Noisy water pipes.

Thanks for the message. Will give it a try. Are most a universal fitment nowadays, not too bad to change?

    Noisy water pipes.

Hi. When we run a bath for over appx 4 mins (hot tap), we get a roaring noise through the pipes. This only stops when we turn on the cold tap half on for a few secs on the bath or anywhere else upstairs. We have purged the hot pipes from the cold by looping the washing machine pipes downstairs...

Changing roomstat from potterton pr2 to salus rt 500 rof

Glad to have sorted out the wiring John. Staying with the old stat may have been the best option. This is what is good about coming on here. You can get other peoples views and answers on problems. Until the next wiring drama! Robert.
