    Moving a range cooker.

I found the bottom rails have small holes in the bottom, so I purchased 4 x castors with threaded rods like these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rubber-Swivel-Castor-Trolley-Furniture/dp/B017GLWKXK, then used pieces of wood to pry up each corner of the cooker and bolt the castors in the holes. Does 2-way rotary dimmer exist (NOT push on and off)???

But presumably they are 1-way. I was seeking 2-way, but as flameport explained, 2-way twist on/off can't work, so they don't exist.

Does 2-way rotary dimmer exist (NOT push on and off)???

All the 2-way rotary dimmers I can find are push-on and off, and twist/rotate to dim. I need a 2-way rotary dimmer that twists/rotates to dim AND twists/rotates to turn on and off (NOT push on and off). Do they exist?

How stop gravity leak where tap spout meets body

I have a pair of antique separate hot and cold swan-neck taps. Only the hot water spout swivels slightly where the spout meets the body (above the valve), and there is a small leak I'm trying to stop at that swivel point. I believe it was NOT originally intended to swivel for two reasons: 1)...
