    @Notch7 - Unfortunately not, the conservatory runs the entire width of the property @catlad - Is there a different name for this fitting, My google-fu is coming up empty for products. The best I've been able to find is 'downpipe spreader' but I can't find any purchase links

    The previous owners had a conservatory fitted & did not change the guttering. I'm now left with a 70mm pipe that runs through the conservatory. My plan is to terminate it above the conservatory roof & install new flashing. Reading Building Regs Part H states I'm okay to make this change but...

    Floor levelling gone wrong. DIY or hire a pro?

    I think theres about 2mm of variance (un-levelness) That either needs to be filled or grinded back. Floor grinder is off the cards - so thanks for the heads up. TBH I think I'm better off getting a pro in. I'm out my league at this point. Any pointers for where to find someone?
