Managed to find the wire. That goes to the single wire light fixture

I haven't got one, but I might be able to trace the wire, as some of the dormer floorboards in the landing are cut where the single wire light is in the landing below and I can try and maybe find which it is

I can but I'll have to cut into the floorboards. I've tried all variations but I did manage to get both lights constantly on but they wouldn't switch off, 1 light working via the switches and 1 light constant on, no lights working.

Do you mean the thickness of the wires itself, ive got a reel of 1.5mm with me and all 4 wires in both pictures seem this size as the wire on my reel, as I've just gone and put them next to one another.

There are 2 lights in the upstairs landing, with a switch downstairs and a switch in the hallway upstairs that would make the light fixtures turn on and off at the same time. Made the mistake of taking the pendant off before taking a picture. Would be grateful for some help. I have attached...
