We run a small family ltd business and build about 2 houses a year and only employ sub contractors. We pay the CITB around £3000 a year.

Do we have to pay this and what does every one else pay.
(seems to be yet another tax for the small firm to me)
The plan was to build the garage under PD for the old house before the application was started as we would own both the old house and the plot.
But it would be obvious that the garage would serve the new dwelling.
I think it may be best to go and talk with the Planning officer
