In the old app, the option wasn't there, however in the new app its an empty box, it would make more sense if the designer had made it so no text removes a box and centres what's left. That shouldn't be too hard for a developer, but it testing it on all the various different smart devices blah...

The fact the text is no longer there, suggestions the app has updated.
However it is possible that this version of the app keeps the place holders.

Possible nothing broken? Panel would not show any faults for chime being turned off. It would possible show faults if the wiring was wrong, although panel speakers don’t usually show up as a fault if not wired. Normal speaker sounds would still work.
Does the panel have a chime button, at the moment it sounds like the relay is working, the bing bong is not, which is a door chime like thing. That could have been disabled when the panel lost power in the power cut.
With you think these needs a deeper look, doesn’t add up. The relay works via the panel, panel not triggering bell after power cut.
