ive been asked to fit a "intelligent"(I'm obviously not), electronic dual thermostat. Absolutely lost on the installation manual. Need to see a picture of one already put in. I'm assuming the probes go where the immersion stat goes.
I assumed the pump was fine as the other rads get nice and warm, I agree I do think over soldering, Not sure where the manifolds are but will try to find them and double check for the kcuf up with the F & R- got to admit didnt think of that one!

Yes I switched all radiators off but the effected one, not sure what you mean by the bucket test Agile.

You could try turning all valves off except the two that are cold to force the hot water to them.
Like the previous post if they dont get warm after taking off the trv heads (dont forget to open the lockshields fully), you will need new trvs.
