i recently fitted the tap with a new basin. It was fine, then the customer rang to say it was constantly running. I went back and yes it was. I spoke to Bristan whose technical team refused to speak to me at first. I checked the sensor and that was working well. The tap was away from reflecting surfaces yet it kept turning on. The tech team weren't helpful ( would send out a new tap got me to fit) I got it to behave by putting a piece of closure plate tape on the basin so stopping reflection from the basin but can't leave it there. Any ideas how I can slightly roughen the surface without causing damage to the basin?
