Hello, I have a bungalow and am struggling to work out thr flat roof percentage from thr plans. The flat roof covers the kitchen and garage area, Bedroom 3 and the dressing area. I have attached the plan.

Hello again I have checked and their appears to be daylight between the guttering and thr fiscia board. The guttering is not flush enough, is there drip boards you can buy to attach to the felt from the flat roof so it does not miss thr guttering?

Hello, I was wondering what lead flashing code would be best to use, level 4 maybe?

Saving money wise, could new flashing or lead be put where the flatroof meets the tiled roof?

Are the lead soakers easy to pickup and install?

Hello, I have a leak that is making the wall wet causing damp, as you can see from the attachments I think it is redoing the stack and replacing gutter angle, can anyone offer advice. I would attach a video but it won't let me do it.

We moved into our new property couple of months ago, there is a gutter then runs straight across at bottom of tiles/flatroof that runs straight across. I prob need to upload some more pictures tomorrow as I don't think I am making much sense.
