Flat Roof percentage

Hello,

I have a bungalow and am struggling to work out thr flat roof percentage from thr plans.
The flat roof covers the kitchen and garage area, Bedroom 3 and the dressing area.

I have attached the plan.

Would probably be easiest to measure the external length and width of the house, then measure those rooms. The plans have some internal dimensions, but as hall, bathroom etc not measured, not much use. So total length x width, then measure the flat roof rooms, adding about 50cm to external walls (for wall and roof), add them together and divide by total area, X100.
