Now gone 1hr 40mins and place he said he was going is a 20 minute drive with current traffic. Surely there is no specialist part for swapping a sink mixer tap too. Hate feeling like I'm being robbed.

What about heading away mid job for a "part" when replacing a sink tap? He is gone 90mins now and apparently it's £55 per half hour plus vat! Is that normal to charge for the away time, how do I even know where he is!
