I had the work done 7 years ago when the location of the bathroom was moved. They put in all new pipework, which had been fine up until now. Not sure why the rubber bung has become so loose. Never handled one before, but I assume it should be a pretty snug fit.

I have a window that fails to close properly and was wondering if anyone here knew what could be causing it? When open, it seems to be in a normal position. When closed, the left side (especially the top part) doesn't sit flush with the rest of the frame. The right side is pretty much ok...

The video should work. Here's the direct link if not: As far as I know, yes, it controls the heating. When I can get the heating to come on (often after a few on/off attempts with the thermostat), that bottom valve makes a noise, as shown in the video.

Bit of an issue with my central heating this past few days, it's struggling to come on. When I turn up the temperature to trigger the heating, it often seems to fail. It's hard to say how often, because it can work fine for a few minutes whilst testing, but then minutes later, or a day later...

Well it should look alright, providing I can find a suitable filler. But I don't know what product to use. I've not seen anything really that suitable. Are there any really thick fillers that won't leave marks if it touches the stone?

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I fitted them today and it's all sorted, looks great :) The tape does indeed stick well, after a few minutes :)
