    Partial DPM in kitchen .

Can you explain why you think this is the appropriate thing to do please? From a theoretical point of view, I agree entirely, realistically it's a big job for 1 inexperienced person! I quite fancy doing it, but I think my friends and family would think I'm mad!

    Partial DPM in kitchen .

Thanks Ree. Yes, you are correct RHS is kitchen floor. So far as I can tell I don't appear to have any damp issues. I did consider the "proper" job, I just don't think I'm cut out for it! Out of curiosity, where and how would you terminate the DPM? Does it need to be joined into the DPC...

It's why I'm in this situation rn, because the previous owner couldn't be bothered to repair the problem properly, expanding foam isn't a solution it's a bodge. Pay less attention to adverts. Clown. Everyone else, many thanks -...

Polishing unfinished Quartz worktop - anyone have experience?

Hello, How feasible is it to polish the unfinished under side of this quartz worktop to a level of finish that is similar to top? .I have a grinder and ROS sander, but nothing specific for stone polishing. Reason; worktops are being donated from a friend, his sink cut out has draining...
