Have you tried re booting smartcom ? Eg unplug it and re connect it after 30s ?

Is it because they don’t make a Texecom elite 32 ?

Switch off power , open panel ….remove battery ….wait 30s put power back on ….does the alarm activate ? If so enter code or 1234 it may have gone back to factory default ….if so it needs re programming …. Check voltage at battery leads it should be around 13.8v dc ….if so replace battery

Check out eBay I’ve seen flashers for around £20 before or see if anybody local can flash it for you …. Depending where you live

Eng code alters the alarm configuration it won’t set or unset the alarm .. User code sets alarm …you can’t alter the configuration ….

The user code is not the engineer code ….so you have changed the engineer code …not the user code which should still be 4321

ASD is still going on barbot hall ind est Rotherham , they used to have a shop on site but that was years ago , they where mainly security lights and lighting …i very much doubt if they know anything about that device ….
